New story: like moldy liver with your drink?

My Story, I was fired for standing up to the owner of the restaurant I worked for, I was a Cook, One day I was preparing food for the lunch crowd, my boss wanted me to serve the leftover Liver and onions, When I went to take it out of the cooler, I noticed that the liver had mold growing on it, I told the owner about the mold and he told me to scrape off the mold off the liver and heat up the dish, I refused to do what the owner wanted to do, I told him this was wrong and threw out the Liver and Onions into the trash, He came up to me and yelled at me then preceeded to Fire Me! In return called the health department and they closed down his restaurant, till this day he’s never opened another restaurant.
