First decide what exactly you want to do and for which niche you want to create your resume.., and if you are a new to resume writing then just take an example or sample resume and edit the resume to fill your suitable details.
You can see this informative article it is for beginner resume writing.

also you can check the fresher resume writing guide

You have to contact the administration. My loyal advise is to send an email to info service, inquiry service or webmaster. They will definitely resolve your issue.

Default Simply Hired no longer has a resume service

Simply Hired no longer has a resume service. While applying to jobs, you may be asked to upload a resume on particular job sources (such as job boards). To edit your resume on these sources, you must contact the source directly.

Simply open your resume-edit-file.htm, that you downloaded when you made your resume, by double clicking on it. The edit file will open into your web browser where you will see a page with an easy instruction to click the edit button at the bottom of that page. After you click the edit button, you will be brought to this page where your data will be loaded into the free resume creator system, enabling you to edit your resume as needed.
