Only has one post and promoted their website like that so I would say just spamming. I wish people would know that is not how you build an actual brand. It also doesn't help with your search engine rankings as the search engines are smarter than that. The link will be devalued.

Default Stay Away From Using hound.com

Unless you like paying $30 a month for a website with few good jobs, typos, and a ridiculous billing practice that charges you for days you don't have access to the website, I recommend stay away from using the job search website www.hound.com.

They have a great idea in posting jobs from companies' own websites, but their execution leaves much to be desired.

Default Stay away from Hound.com

I run a free job site and the people at Hound.com came across it and started posting hundreds of jobs a day on our site. Their intention was to create "gateway job postings" that would lure job seekers to their own site through us.

Where they were hoping to convert those job seekers to paying customers, a free form of marketing. This was partial reason why our jobs postings were eventually dropped from being indexed on SimplyHired.com indefinetly.

I would avoid such spammy sites at all costs.
