Hi,
While this forum is not directly tied to looking for a job because the forum is typically surrounds online auctions, I did want to point it out to show the beauty of what forums can do....
workplace harassment

While I may be expressing a personal opinion, I do feel that a forum tends to provide a better opportunity for a community to *chime in* on just about any topic. Please note that you see many, many people giving advice in this thread on this particular topic, with many expressing a different approach to the same problem (workplace harassment & what constitutes workplace harassment).
While I like blogs as much as anyone else, I do feel that a forum is a little less selective as far as what kind of an audience is going to respond. It is my hope that these forums operate in very much the same way (a collective response to a singular issue can provide more options on how to resolve than going to a singular expert).
