Hi,
I just wanted to be sure to share the link below because it shows information on working with difficult personality types.

I am afraid that I would probably fall under the "procrastinator" employee...

Looks like an ordeal I went through early this year with a (now former) co-worker was ALL SIX of those!

I'd like to qualify as a #1, but I'm always too dedicated. They don't have a category for someone that likes to bait stupid people or spread hate and discontent?

Politics, sadly, do seem to play an important role in success in many fields these days :(
One thing I've found of interest (not related to the article)? The concept of team player is one that is possibly the most confusing. Is a team player someone that simply agrees with what everyone else thinks? Is a team player someone that does their job to the best of their ability, without necessarily engaging in "team" activities?

To me, a team player is an employee with common goals with the rest of the workers to get the job at hand done, and contribute towards that goal. The "non-teamers" generally spend most of their days at work complaining about corporate policies and questioning everything that's put before them, instead of getting their jobs done and to meet their deadlines.
