I just returned from the annual SHRM conference (http://www.shrm.org/conferences/annual/) with over 20,000 human resource professionals. I got a chance to check out the new Hotjobs (http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/) homepage and was quite intrigued by a couple new features. The first is Yahoo Answers. Job seekers can now take advantage of career advice by asking your peers and other experts. The second is flickr photos. I think you're going to start seeing companies adding pictures of their offices & people to give you, the job seeker a peek inside. Kudos to Yahoo for thinking outside the box here.
