A nice blog piece from Dave Taylor about our partners at LinkedIn & new features they've released recently.

I'm a big advocate of linked (no im not on payroll and i have no affliation with them)
I've invited MANY of my contacts to my linkedin network (you can see since they only have one friend)
and encourage people to use this tool as THE business social networking tool
I even got a job interview because of this tool...employers sought me out and emailed me. This tool DOES work
Here's my profile
https://www.linkedin.com/profile?viewProfile=&key=82111
Before you request to link to me however, I only link to people I know, or have met, or have had some meaningful conversation. I want to be able to look at my network and be able to say something about each of my links...not just blindly connect to people!
With that said...keep on talking...I've made many friends from forums and blogs, some that are my 'real' friends in real life. (ive even invited some to my wedding!!!)
I've been watching their site feature improvements, very cool, however I wish they would make my 'homepage' more robust, I want to add a picture, and turn it into more of a resume. I'm not too fond of the 'pay to connect to people' feature, I think information should be fluid and free.
Key takeway: LinkedIn rocks...five stars from Jeremiah!!!
