I'm a writer in the process of writing an article about what makes the best retail store managers the best. If your store consistently out-performs expectations and other stores in your district; if you are the go-to person in your district for other store managers; if your DM wishes he/she could clone you, I want to hear from you. Also, if you're a DM and have one of these stars in your district, please let me know. I'd really like to pick your brain about what makes him/her successful. You'll be helping up-and-coming retail managers all over the country, and you just might get your name and quote in a nationally published article!
