As for me, I must advise that most of my shows reside on Comedy Central!

1. Daily Show
2. Chappelle's Show
3. South Park
4. Reno 911

(I also enjoy the 1/2 hour standup specials that they tend to have on. Comedians like Brian Regan, Dmitri Martin, and Mitch Hedberg all make me laugh a great deal. I've also seen (live) Eddie Izzard, D.L. Hughley, Lewis Black, and Harland Williams).

I think some may have figured out that I like comedy a great deal (almost as much as I like music).

Non Comedy Central shows:
1. I probably watch CNN more than I watch Fox (I watch both).
2. ESPN
3. Discovery
4. MSNBC or CNBC (forget which is which). The one where Jim Kramer is always yelling about stocks you should/shouldn't buy.

I also love the old Seinfeld shows...I know many people that still miss Seinfeld.

Can't do without well hrmmmmm

Shows I watch to boost my mood- Food Network-Nigella Lawson, Barefoot Contessa. I am not a big eater, so I also watch this channel to increase appetite.

I love comedy. I watch crazy funny shows before I go to bed-Jackass, Wildboyz, Viva La Bam all before I go to bed to help me not to dream bad.

I am a reality junkie- I will watch anything reality once, twice or more if I love it- The Apprentice, BB6, Survivor, The Cut, Brat Camp, Hookups etc.

News-60 minutes, Dateline, NBC, CNBC, MSNBC

:p

My absolute favorite is any of the many Law and Order's. Big Brother fan during the summer.

Love to watch the Food Network to, but I love to eat and cook so it's not to intentionally increase appetite. :)

I prefer Fox for news, but I like Larry King.

I never owned a TV 'til I got married. And I probably watch 3 hours a month, tops. I just can't sit still and just watch it.

That said, I do love when the Olympics are on. And though I'm not nuts about football on TV, I do like watching ice hockey.

Alton is a riot and a half. I love his show. I love when the crab was stalking him and they played the music from 'Jaws'. Or there was an episode with his big white chicken that was funny too.

I don't know your level of intrest in cooking, but this show is pretty funny, but a learning experience at the same time.

You should check out the show and let us know what you thought. It is different than any other cooking show you have ever seen.

Anybody watch "House" tonight? I missed it. Was it a rerun?

George

Anyone watch the football game? The first half was depressing watching the Eagles play.

simplydamon
08-16-2005, 05:02 PM
Missed it. I had to watch my Raiders totally blow it against the Niners:( I did think that Walters, the young Raider QB, looked pretty good in the game (strong arm).

T.O. is just causing too much havoc with the Eagles right now. As for me, I don't have much sympathy when multi-millionaires complain about how much money they are making (Latrell Sprewell's comments killed me - $14 million a year isn't enough?). If people wonder why our kids don't focus on the sciences, it could be that some think that they could become a star in professional sports).

Anybody watching the search for the new INXS singer?

George
08-16-2005, 08:15 PM
I saw some of the INXS. Was watching Big Brother, man how could they put up Kayser again. And James must be the luckest person in the world, he should buy a lottery ticket.

kd5145
08-16-2005, 08:20 PM
Hell ya! Did you see the look on James's face. I thought he was going to pass out.

Jennifer just sealed her pass to get kicked out in the next week or two. You can't screw the whole house and not pay for it.

George
08-16-2005, 08:33 PM
Jennifer has shorten her life, how can she swear on her life and not keep her word. That this just asking for something to happen. Looked like James poop in his pants when his name was not called.

kd5145
08-16-2005, 08:36 PM
LOL. He did, he did.

Maybe we will see her on the next show being hit by lightening.

So, who do you think will get evicted? They just might not evict Kasur to spite Jen.

George
08-16-2005, 08:44 PM
I say Kayser will get the boot, everyone on the other team know he will destroy them if he is not booted out of the show.

Pimp My Ride is a great show. I think that Xzibit(sp?) has a great sense of humor...I like how the guests totally go crazy when he shows up at the person's house.
