Hi,
The blog link below has some thoughts that do seem to be valid. Do you think employees should be fired without warning? While employees that do violate certain rules should be fired (releasing company information, stealing, etc.), do you think employees that are underperforming should be let go without an attempt at coaching them to better performance?
