How many have taken this test? While some may find this hard to believe because of the work I do, I am an INFP.

(I=Introversion)
(N=Intuition)
(F=Feeling)
(P=Perceiving)

My personality type, at least from what I understand, turns out to be about 1% of the population.

Edit: Surprisingly enough, my personality type doesn't like business that much. There are careers, however, that seem to suit my style. One that stands out: Customer Relations Manager.

While I generally don't put too much faith in items like personality tests, I did find that Myers-Briggs most accurately hit my personality on the head (kind of scary, actually). We did this as a team at eBay, and it really seemed to nail down all of the personalities of the group a great deal.

I am mentioning the test because I do have some information (in one of the books I am reading for you all) on what could be a possible match for you based on personality type.

If someone tells me what they are (INFP,etc.), I will give you a quick taste of what a book states your career choices should be.

Could I be a musical social worker? :) Those are pretty interesting aside from the vet.

It's funny how people are so unique but so alike that they can be grouped.

I see no harm in adding music to the mix;) Music, at least to me, is one of the few things that can be somewhat universal in appeal. After all, I did want to be a rock star growing up. I was, however, lacking the ingredient called "talent" ;)

I *think* the job groupings are just basic guidelines. While people have definite personality characteristics that they share with others, I think we always have to remember that individuals are very unique (different needs, wants, backgrounds, experiences, etc.) The lists are much longer than I am providing for possible career areas to explore.
